Computerised Accounts II

Course Level:
Course Objectives:

To become familiar with the Instant Accounting (Sage) program by setting up details of suppliers and customers and produce statements and reports for management control, registering standard business transactions and the double entry aspect of computerised accounts.

Prerequisites:

Completion of an introduction to computers or good working knowledge of The PC. Some prior knowledge of bookkeeping is an advantage but not essential.

Duration:

10 weeks (30hrs) or 12 week course has 2 weeks introduction to book-keeping

Certification:

City & Guilds Certificate in Information Technology (Level II)

Examinations:

There are three practical and one written exam paper
